By using this website, requesting a quote or placing an order with APOG Solar Energy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown are indicative starting prices and may change with exchange rates, stock availability and site-specific requirements. A binding price is only the one stated on a written quote or invoice issued by APOG, and quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received. Equipment remains the property of APOG until paid for in full.
4. Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines are estimates. Where installation is included, you are responsible for providing safe site access and any required permissions. Site conditions discovered during installation may change scope and cost, and we will confirm any change with you in writing first.
5. Warranty
Equipment carries the warranty issued by its manufacturer. Warranty claims are handled in line with the manufacturer's terms. Warranties may be void where products are misused, modified, or installed by unauthorised third parties.
6. Returns
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within the period stated on your invoice, subject to inspection. Custom-engineered and special-order items are non-returnable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, APOG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, arising from the use of the products or the website.
