APOG Solar Energy ("APOG", "we", "us") distributes solar equipment and provides energy consultation services in Nigeria. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

- Your email address
- Consultation details you share with us — such as location, appliances, load requirements, budget and preferred installation timelines
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited

- To respond to enquiries, quotes and consultation requests
- To design and recommend an appropriate solar solution
- To process orders, delivery, installation and after-sales support
- To send service updates and, where you have opted in, product news
- To meet legal, tax and warranty record-keeping obligations
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers who help us deliver our services (for example logistics partners and installation engineers), and only to the extent needed to complete your request or where the law requires disclosure.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by Nigerian law and warranty obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent at any time. You may also object to direct marketing.
